A SUMPTUOUS spread of kampung-style cooking at the Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh awaits diners and for those breaking fast after a long day.

Ritz Garden Manager Lily Chee said there will be over 60 dishes to choose from, all specially prepared for diners during the Ramadan period between June 9 and July 3.

Among the fare available for the buffet included ayam masak merah, green chicken curry, udang sambal petai, daging bakar air assam and ikan assam pedas.

“We also have an extensive menu covering other types of food to be ordered a la carte.

“There’s a good mix of Asian and Western fares,” Chee said during a food preview at the hotel on Tuesday.

Chee said the buffet is priced at RM38 for adults and RM20 for children ages between six and 12.

“Those who make their bookings before 12pm daily can get a special price at RM35.

“We also do group bookings. Pending the size of the group, they could dine at either the ballroom or function rooms,” she said.

“We do encourage early bookings to avoid disappointment,” she added.
