- Steamed Rice Rolls with Chinese Crullers
- 4 crispy fried Chinese crullers (Yu Tiao, store-bought)
- fried shallot crisps
- toasted sesame seeds
To prepare rice rolls:
- Follow the recipe for basic steamed rice rolls. After you have loosened the inverted cooked rice sheet onto an oiled tray, place a piece of fried Chinese cruller at one end and roll up firmly.
- Cut the rice rolls into segments and serve with fragrant soy sauce poured over. Garnish.
