BREAD, bread and more bread. Yes, we heard you loud and clear. This year, we will be making all sorts of bread during the Bake with Kuali workshops.

Bread-making may sound intimidating but our talented Chef Don Yong, from the Malaysian Institute of Baking (MIB), will be teaching the basics of bread-making as well as imparting useful baking tips and tricks.

Yong, also known as Dr. Baker, is a qualified bio-chemical engineer from the National College of Food Technology, Reading University and holds a Masters in Management Science. He is a baker at heart and is able to immediately tell what’s right or not quite about a loaf after just a single bite.

So, if you want to learn how to mix and knead dough like a pro, sign up for our hands-on workshop now.

      Hi Tony,

We would like to bring Bake with Kuali to you in Penang. Unfortunately, due to logistics we are unable to run these classes outside of the Klang Valley.

      Thanks.

      Hi Wan Chin,

Greetings! The class is already full. That’s why you have not heard from us.

Here’s how it works. We email participants in batches and wait for them to make payment. Once they email us their proof of payment, their seat is confirmed. We can only take 48 participants for each class. For this class, we had 160 people register for the class.

In order to avoid disappointment, hope you can register early for the next class. Registration for the May 23 class starts on April 29.

      Thanks.

      The Kuali Team.
