DINING at Soi23, Pacific Regency Hotel Suites this Ramadan will not only provide you a hearty meal but also gives you a chance to be charitable.
Soi23 has prepared an array of kampung-style dishes with a Thai twist.
The buka puasa selection starts with a spread of Thai salads to local kerabu and moves on to the kampung hot dishes like the Burung Puyuh Goreng Berempah, Udang Galah Masak Lemak, Kurma Daging, Sambal Sotong Kembang and many more.
Soi23 executive chef Louis said the main attraction was the slow roasted lamb.
“Our action stall items are a must try like the grilled ikan pari, kembung and cencaru, murtabak and popiah basah,” he said.
Dessert such as pengat durian, honey dates cake and ais kacang will add sweet endings to the sumptuous meal.
Spicy:Burung Puyuh Goreng Berempah is one of the many kampung traditional dishes.
In the spirit of the holy month, Soi23 will channel RM5 from each sale to the Pacific Regency Charity Fund to lend a hand to the less fortunate.
Its staff will also be distributing bubur lambuk for free every Friday from 4pm to 5pm outside the hotel.
Prices start from RM58++ per adult and RM29++ for children age 12 and below.
Pre-purchase vouchers are also available until the end of this month at RM58 nett per person.
