Corus Hotel’s Dondang Sayang Coffee House will be serving a mixture of oriental and western cuisines for this Christmas Eve buffet dinner.
Over 80 exclusive seasonal dishes and signature delicacies will be prepared by their own award-winning chefs.
Among their lip-smacking dishes served on Christmas Eve are chicken pasta salad with gruyere shrimp and tomato remolded and hot creamy cream of clam chowder soup.
Choices for the main course include fresh deep fried butter prawns, roasted turkey with cranberry sauce. Live cooking for lamb and fresh salmon is available.
Along with these scrumptious dishes are famous traditional Christmas desserts of gingerbread house, Christmas log cake, chocolate praline and Christmas walnut cake.
