Each dish is made fresh to order and served in a claypot, ready to be eaten hot.

Another sweet deal is the fresh fruit stall featuring Malaysia’s king fruit, the durian as well as mangosteen, papaya, rambutan and watermelon, to name a few.

Seri Pacific is also having stalls preparing hot char kway teow, apam balik, pizzas, and BBQ skewers section with beef, lamb, chicken and seafood.

Japanese food lovers can tuck into their favourite meat or seafood at the Teppayanki stall.

The man behind this Ramadan spread is chef de cuisine Mohd Saad Othman, who is positive about the feedback from patrons.

He said the theme was the ‘Trail of Muslim cuisines from around the world’ with Arabian, Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian dishes.

“There are over 200 dishes for people to choose from and there are 25 live stalls.

“Our pizzas are made hot with toppings like sambal ikan bilis and rendang as well as conventional flavours. The skewers offer people a variety of meat, so that every preference is covered.

“Even our Gam Briyani is special as we use different types of meat in the rice,” he said.

Saad’s recommendation for this fasting month is their Soup Gearbox, which will be a hit like every year.

The buffet is priced at RM90 nett per adult and RM45 per child.
