IT’S that time of year when bubur lambuk takes centre stage despite the spread of dishes served for buka puasa.

Crowd favourit e: The bubur lambuk is deliciously comforting and not to bemissed.

Just like the bubur lambuk in Kampung Baru mosque that everyone craves, this Ramadan, the one served at Flavors Restaurant in Swiss Garden Hotel and Residences Kuala Lumpur is also set to be a crowd-puller.

The bubur lambuk is generously cooked with a variety of ingredients and chicken chunks that it almost tastes like a comforting chicken pie with porridge.

That is just one of the 150 dishes from the buffet spread ranging from fresh salads, kerabu, soups, hot dishes and desserts.

The hotel’s signature Arabian-style Roasted Wholelamb with hummus dip will be served every night together with Briyani Gam with chicken or lamb. Some of the dishes that will be served on rotation are Rendang Udang Cendawan, Ketam Masak Lemak Pucuk Paku and Laksa Goreng.
