“Asia itself has a lot of culture and spices with strong food culture and each have their own unique food.

“A common spice used is saffron which is very expensive and one must know how much and how to use it. We also use cinnamon and sumac as we use a lot of meat in the spread.

“Mongolia has the best lamb in the world and this route is known to have a lot of dishes with meat in them,” he said.

“We want to bring the home dining experience here, where people can enjoy the food from different parts of the world without having to travel far,” he said.

The main highlight is the Mongolian Gyoza, which is bansh filled with beef and onion. This is very similar to dumplings that is juicy and very easy to like.

The Chicken Saffron stew with dried lemon is very tangy yet mild, which is suitable for subtle taste buds.

For those who enjoy the kebabs, the fish and beef ones are just about rightly cooked with a lot of meat flavours.

The buffet dinner is priced at RM88++ per person and available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
