Deep-fried fish fillets with Garlic-Mayo Sauce

Fish Fillets

  • Fish Fillets marinated with salt & pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • All-purpose flour
  • Bread crumbs

Sauce

  • Mayonaise
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped green onion
  • Paprika powder
  • Pasley

Firstly, coat the fish fillets in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the egg, and then press into the bread crumbs until well coated on both sides.

Place fish fillets in the hot oil, and fry 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients based on your preference.

Pan-fried Salmon with Mango Orange Sauce

Salmon Steak

  • 1 Salmon steak with skin
  • Salt & Pepper to marinate

Sauce

  • Peeled oranges
  • Diced mango
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive oil
  • Sugar
  • Paprika powder

Pat dry Salmon steak with kitchen tower, then marinate with salt & pepper.

Pan-fry the salmon steak with the skin side first, flip to another side once the skin is crispy.

Mix all the sauce’s ingredients and drizzle on top of the salmon steak.
