- 1 chicken (cut into 12 pieces) or 1kg beef cubes
- 5g garlic
- 1 cup soya sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp white peppercorn (crushed)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- If chicken is used, saute the chicken first in a hot pan to brown. If beef is used, boil the beef first to seal the juices.
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave it to simmer until the meat is tender.
