Recipe Ingredient

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 gm sugar
  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 kg coconut to extract about l litre santan

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and creamy.
  2. Slowly mix in the flour and santan to get a smooth batter according to your liking.
  3. Bake the batter using the the 'kuih sipit' mould a little portion at a time to get a thin round 5 diameter kuih. Immediately roll up the kuih when it is still hot to form into an egg roll.
