Recipe Ingredient

  • 300g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp corn oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 300ml water
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 35g salt
  • 10ml cooking oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir.; Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
  2. Pour a bit of the batter into a roti jala mould and spread the mix in the pan following a 'net' pattern.
  3. When cooked, fold it in half, then fold again (until desired shape is achieved).
  4. Repeat the process until finished
