Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 small can sardines, flaked
  • 1/2 an onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 red chilli, sliced thinly
  • 1 large half-ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 avocado, shredded
  • 1 packet Japanese rice crackers (original flavour)
  • Dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • A good dash of pepper
  • A good dash of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients, mango and avocado in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon sardines over the rice crackers. Sprinkle with onion and chillies.
  3. Spoon a little of the dressing ingredients over the crackers and serve immediately.
