- 30g apricot jam
- 3-4 tbsp water
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Put the jam and water in a nonstick pan over gentle heat until the jam dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and strain the mixture. Return the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a quick boil, then simmer until it turns syrupy. Use this apricot glaze while it is still warm.
