  • 1200g grated tapioca
  • 350 g sugar
  • 2ooml thick santan
  • 300ml pandan juice


  1. Mix all ingreients together and pour into 9 tray to steam over rapid boiling water for 10 mins. Stir well on kuali and resteam for 1 hr. over medium heat until cook.
