Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 60 g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove theseed and scoop out the flesh.Chop coarsely. Put avocado, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon out the avocado paste into a plastic container, cover and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until firm.
  3. Use avocado dip on crackers or even toasted bread slices.
