- 1 ripe avocado
- 60 g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A dash of Tabasco sauce
- Halve the avocado, remove theseed and scoop out the flesh.Chop coarsely. Put avocado, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spoon out the avocado paste into a plastic container, cover and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until firm.
- Use avocado dip on crackers or even toasted bread slices.
