Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp finely grated cheddar cheese


  1. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Place it in a small bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth. Add yoghurt and cheddar cheese. Stir until the mixture is well combined. Dish out in a serving bowl and serve it with rice crackers as a dip.
