Recipe Ingredient

  • 100ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100ml red wine vinegar
  • 1½ tsp mustard
  • 700ml olive oil
  • Pinch of salt or to taste
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley or tarragon


  1. Combine both types of vinegars and mustard in a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil gradu.
  2. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in parsley or tarragon.
