Recipe Ingredient

  • 600g meaty pork-ribs
  • Marinade (combined)
  • 200ml water
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp char siu sauce
  • 1 tsp thick soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse pork-ribs and pat-dry with kitchen paper towels.
  2. Stir together the combined marinade and rub mixture onto the ribs. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
  3. Place marinated pork ribs on a barbecue grill and cook until done. Turn over halfway through and brush with remaining marinade until meat is well coated. Leave to cook completely.
