Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 can beer (preferably lager)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp ground white pepper


  1. Rub salt and pepper into meat. Pour beer over meat, massage with fingertips gently but firmly for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to stand for half an hour and you´re ready to cook!
  2. When barbecuing, grill the beef no longer than 30 seconds on each side for a really juicy treat.
  3. If you want a black pepper flavor, cut white pepper by half and toss in a tablespoon of crushed black peppercorns when marinating the beef.
