- Preparation time: 3 hours

- 1 black chicken (approx 300g)
- 150ml Benedictine D.O.M
- 150ml water
- 50g keichi (medlar seeds)
- Wash chicken, cut into pieces and remove skin.
- Put chicken and other ingredients into a double-boiler. Close lid and double boil for 3 hours.
- Drain soup into bowl. Preferably drink before bedtime.
