Recipe Ingredient

  • Preparation time: 3 hours
  • Serves 2
  • 1 black chicken (approx 300g)
  • 150ml Benedictine D.O.M
  • 150ml water
  • 50g keichi (medlar seeds)

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken, cut into pieces and remove skin.
  2. Put chicken and other ingredients into a double-boiler. Close lid and double boil for 3 hours.
  3. Drain soup into bowl. Preferably drink before bedtime.
