Dice chicken and black mushrooms. Chop finely the carrot, coriander roots and water chestnut.
Marinate the chicken meat for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Then add the ingredients for the filling and seasoning and fry well. Dish up and allow to cool.
Mix well ingredients (A) to form a dough. Divide into small portions. Wrap the portion with filling. Shape the portion to look like a pumpkinand use a small knife to make the lines. Steam for eight to 10 minutes.
