
Brain Booster
Ingredients
- 1/2ripe organic bananapeeled
- 150ml filtered water
- 1tablespoon organic roasted almonds
- 2 organic limessqueeze for juice
- 125ml fruit-flavoured organic soy yoghurt
- 1tablespoon organic wheat germ powder
- 4slices ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Mix well in a blender. Pour into glass and drink immediately.
Recipe Notes
Lime juice gives this drink a nice zing and loads it with antioxidants. Almonds will contribute towards mental clarity and alertness while the friendly flora in the soy yoghurt will enhance your system's immunity, digestion and colon health.
It is also very filling and can replace a meal.
