- To prepare chicken, fry garlic, ginger and lengkuas till fragrant. Then add chicken, fry till colour changes. Cover and cook for 20-30 mins on slow heat. Add seasoning - thick and thin soya sauces, sugar, salt. Let simmer without cover until desired gravy consistency.
