Recipe Ingredient

  • Chicken:
  • Chicken, crushed garlic, thin ginger and lengkuas slices
  • Rice:
  • Margerine
  • Pandan leaves
  • Thin lengkuas slice
  • Chicken stock


  1. To prepare chicken, fry garlic, ginger and lengkuas till fragrant.
  2. Then add chicken, fry till colour changes.
  3. Cover and cook for 20-30 mins on slow heat.
  4. Add seasoning - thick and thin soya sauces, sugar, salt. Let simmer without cover until desired gravy consistency.
