This recipe is best with
- 200g butter, at room temperature
- 150g icing sugar
- 50ml brandy
- Beat butter and sugar using an electric mixer, until thick and pale. Add brandy gradually, beating constantly until well combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until required. Remove from the refrigerator 20-25 minutes before serving.
