- 10 pieces of bread
- Handful of raisin
- Rum (optional)
- 2 egg yolks
- 250ml of cream
- 150ml of milk
- 3-4 tbs of sugar
- Butter bread on one side.
- Spread jam.
- Arrange bread side by side on a pudding pan.
- Soak raisins in rum or syrup, pour over bread.
- Beat egg yolks. Add sugar.
- Add the cream and then the milk and continue beating at low speed.
- Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure it soaks the bread.
- Dab some butter over the surface and place it in the oven.
