- 1 loaf white bread remove crust and shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup santan from 1 coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz raisins
- 1/2 cup pandan extract
- Beat sugar with eggs until light and creamy
- Add the coconut milk and continue to beat.
- Add pandan juice.
- Stir in shredded bread and raisins.Pour into a greased tray to bake about 30-40 mins. Cool and cut.
