Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g butter
  • 130g icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 70g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 330g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Egg white
  • Nipped almond

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar till creamy.
  2. Add in egg yolk and continue to cream the mixture till light.Add in cheese then sifted flour. Mixture thoroughly.Mixture is soft but not sticky.
  3. Roll into ball of about 20 g each and dip into egg white follow by nipped almond to coat the top. Flatten slightly and bake in 180C.
