This recipe is best with
- 250g butter, at room temperature
- 300g icing sugar, sifted
- 50ml fresh milk
- Place butter in a mixing bowl and with an electric beater, beat the butter until pale and creamy.
- Add icing sugar gradually and beat until well combined.
- Drip in the milk and beat until mixture turns light and fluffy.
- Use immediately to spread over the cake.
