Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 eggs
  • (A):
  • 175g butter
  • 225g sugar
  • Rind of 1 orange
  • (B) Mix together:
  • 125ml UHT milk
  • 1/2 tsp orange juice
  • (C) Sift:
  • 250g cake flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 175 ºC. Cream (A) till light and fluffy. Stir in (B) gradually. Fold in sifted ingredients. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  2. Spoon batter into paper cups up to eight-tenths full. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
