Recipe Ingredient

  • 125g butter
  • 110g sugar
  • (B):
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • (C):
  • 2 tsp UHT milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • (D) Sift:
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder i

Instructions

  1. Cream (A) until light. Add (B) and continue to cream.
  2. Warm the milk and stir in the cocoa powder. Add to (A) and (B) mixture and blend well. Fold in (D) and combine well to form a soft dough. (Refrigerate if it is too soft.)
  3. Place dough in a cookie press and press out biscuits on a lined and greased tray. Bake biscuits in preheated oven at 180 to 190 ºC until golden brown.
