Recipe Ingredient

  • 125g butter
  • 50g crunchy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 125g castor sugar
  • 2½ tbsp UHT milk
  • Sifted:
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 50g choc chips
  • 30g toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in sifted dry ingredients and add milk to combine. Mix in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes. Space the cookies well apart and bake in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
