Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g corn kernels, drained
  • 1/2 cup carrot, cut into rounds
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt - optional if using salted butter
  • A few drops of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Microwave the carrots on high for two minutes and combine the corn, butter and parsley together.
  2. Tips: Try kidney beans, garden peas, broccoli florets, french beans as finger food for nimble fingers.
  3. Recipe suitable for kids above 18 months.
