- 250g corn kernels, drained
- 1/2 cup carrot, cut into rounds
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt - optional if using salted butter
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Microwave the carrots on high for two minutes and combine the corn, butter and parsley together.
- Tips: Try kidney beans, garden peas, broccoli florets, french beans as finger food for nimble fingers.
