By using the flavour of biscoff cookies to replace the typical digestive biscuit to enhance the flavour of cheesecake base.
- 70 Gram Biscoff Cookie
- 30 Gram Unsalted Butter
- Line the 6" cake mould with parchment paper, keep aside.
- Melt the butter in advance by using hot water.
- Add biscoff cookies into a ziplock bag. Lock the ziplock bag. Cursh the biscoff cookies by using a rolling pin.
- Add the boscoff cookies into a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix Well,
- Add the mixture into the cake mould. Use hand to spread it evenly.
- This cheesecake base is ready to be used for any cheesecake.
