Recipe Ingredient

  • 70 Gram Biscoff Cookie
  • 30 Gram Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Line the 6" cake mould with parchment paper, keep aside.
  2. Melt the butter in advance by using hot water.
  3. Add biscoff cookies into a ziplock bag. Lock the ziplock bag. Cursh the biscoff cookies by using a rolling pin.
  4. Add the boscoff cookies into a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix Well,
  5. Add the mixture into the cake mould. Use hand to spread it evenly.
  6. This cheesecake base is ready to be used for any cheesecake.
