This recipe is best prepared with Beryl’s Gourmet 40% Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix.
Note: Do not overbake. Freshly baked brownies may appear underbaked but will be well-done when cooled.
- 60g butter
- 1 egg
- 50ml water
- 1 pack of Beryls Gourmet 40% Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
- Preheat oven at 180°C. Prepare baking pan by lightly greased.
- Combine Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix, butter, water and egg in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick into the center of the cake comes out almost clean.
