Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • 100ml sunflower oil
  • 125ml warm milk
  • 200g goat cheese, cut into chunks
  • 50g walnuts, chopped roughly
  • 50g raisins, soaked in warm water
  • 100g grated Emmental cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Mix the eggs, flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the oil and warm milk slowly, and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the goat cheese, walnuts, drained raisins and grated cheese.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir, and pour batter into a loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out to cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Makes 1 loaf.
