- 1 carrot, unpeeled
- 1 cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 green apples, cored and quartered
- Sugar syrup to taste
- Rinse the carrot, cucumber and celery and cut into smaller pieces.
- Put all the fruit and vegetable into a blender and blend until smooth. Discard the pulp and pour the juice into a shaker. Add the sugar syrup and some crushed ice.
- Shake well then pour into 2 serving glasses.
