Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 carrot, unpeeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 green apples, cored and quartered
  • Sugar syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the carrot, cucumber and celery and cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Put all the fruit and vegetable into a blender and blend until smooth. Discard the pulp and pour the juice into a shaker. Add the sugar syrup and some crushed ice.
  3. Shake well then pour into 2 serving glasses.
