Recipe Ingredient

  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 50g coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Enough water to cook rice
  • 4 tbs oil


  1. Put chilli, coriander and garlic into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fry chicken until it is half-cooked, then add the blended ingredients to the chicken and stir for a while.
  3. Wash the rice and pour enough water to cook rice. Add chicken and salt to rice and mix well.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, sprinkle black pepper. Serve hot.
