Chicken fingers with a BBQ sauce

  1. Slice the chicken into strips about 10cm x 3cm .
  2. Coat in seasoned flour.
  3. Dip the floured chicken pieces into the beaten egg mixture.
  4. Cover with breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot on a platter with the sauce dip.
