- 500g Skinned chicken supremes (breasts)
- 100g flour
- 3 eggs
- 150g breadcrumbs
- 300g oil
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- Slice the chicken into strips about 10cm x 3cm .
- Coat in seasoned flour.
- Cover with breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot on a platter with the sauce dip.
