Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 medium size Rose apples
  • 100g raw papaya (julienned )
  • 100g cucumber (julienned)
  • 50g grapefruit
  • 150g purple lettuce (julienned)
  • 200g deep fried taro (julienned)
  • 200g carrot (julienned)
  • 100g yam (julienned)
  • 100g cos lettuce (julienned)
  • 50g ginger (julienned)
  • 20 cashew nuts
  • 200g almond
  • 50g chicken floss
  • Sauce:
  • 50g plum sauce
  • 50g plum paste
  • 50g SunLico oil
  • some lemongrass extract


  1. In a large plate, arrange rose apple, cucumber, papaya, grapefuit, purple lettuece, fried taro, carrot, yam, almond, chicken floss, cashew nuts, cos lettuce and ginger according your personal preference.
  2. Pour in the plum sauce, plum paste and 3 tbps of SunLico oil to make the dish more appetizing.
  3. Note: You must use SunLico sunflower oil instead of other oil as it can be consumed raw.
