Recipe Ingredient

  • 600 g boneless chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 150 g chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Enough oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, soy sauce and pepper. Add in egg white and sprinkle with corn flour. Coat meat with chopped almonds and sesame seeds. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden. Dish and serve.
