Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl and gradually add water while mixing with a spoon.
  2. The icing should be thick and creamy enough to coat the back of the spoon thickly.
  3. This quantity is sufficient to cover the top of a 20cm round cake.
