Recipe Ingredient

  • 800ml milk
  • 120g dark bitter chocolate
  • Sugar to taste
  • Chantilly cream to taste
  • Garnishing (optional):
  • Cocoa powder or
  • Chocolate rice

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk and chocolate in a saucepan.
  2. Heat up over low heat, stirring from time to time.
  3. When the chocolate is melted, pour into serving glasses or cups.
  4. Top with a generous squirt of the whipped cream from the can.
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate rice, if desired.
