- 250g whipping cream
- ¾ tbsp gelatin powder
- 145g chocolate, chopped into pieces
- 165ml UHT milk
- 50g castor sugar
- Place half portion of whipping cream and gelatin powder in a saucepan. Cook over very low heat until gelatin powder is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
- Add in chocolate, sugar and milk. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Meanwhile, whip the remaining cream until it holds soft peaks then fold gently into the chocolate mixture until a mousse is formed.
