Chocolate Mousse with Tofu

For this recipe use, chocolate that contains 72% cacao. Cacao beans are a powerful source of antioxidants. Another healthy factor: tofu.

Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. The double boiler method is to boil a pot of plan water, then place the bowl containing the chocolate over the pot. The steam from the water will melt the chocolate.
  2. Puree the tofu in a food processor until smooth, add the maple syrup and process, then add the melted chocolate and proves again until well blended. Chill. Fill serving bowls with blueberries for garnishing.
