- 200g chocolate
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 100g strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 10-12 sponge fingers
- Mash strawberries with sugar and keep aside.
- Crush sponge fingers to bite-size pieces.
- Boil cream with brown sugar. Add chocolate, stir to melt.
- Layer with sponge finger, mashed strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Serve chilled.
