- 200 g ground almonds
- 200g sugar
- 44 g egg white (whisked well)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Kirsch liqueur (optional)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it hardens slightly.
- Roll out dough 1 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
- Place cookies on baking trays lined with baking sheet.
- Bake at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes. Cool cookies before storing in airtight containers.
