Christmas fruit cake

A rich fruitcake without alcohol.

  1. Mix fruits with orange juice and rind for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add egg s one by one.
  4. Then, mix in flour, baking powder and fruits. Combine well.
  5. Bake at 150 degrees Celcius or until it is cooked.
