Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 cm ginger, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsps chopped lemongrass
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 3 cups rice, washed and drained
  • 125 ml MAGGI┬« Concentrated Chicken Stock
  • 1.5 litres water
  • 400g clams
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a rice cooker. Mix well.
  2. Cook clams and rice until mixture is soft.
