- 600g Australian seawater prawns
- 300g coconut milk
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 20g sliced big onions
- 10g mint leaves
- 3 pcs cloves
- A few cilipadi
- Heat some oil in the wok and fry the sliced onions. Add curry powder, cloves and cilipadi and fry for a while. Then add the coconut milk and salt to taste.
- Add the prawns and leave to cook for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with mint leaves.
